Commercial License

1. Basic Commerical License 130€ EUROS
Best for: Small-scale use, limited print runs, indie creators.
Includes:Rights to use the artwork on up to 1000 physical prints
(e.g. posters, books, postcards). Use in non-paid digital promotions (e.g., social media, Kickstarter).
Artist retains copyright and may display the work in their portfolio.
Excludes:Merchandise (apparel, mugs, etc.) Paid advertising.

2. Standard Commercial License 260€ EUROS
Best for: Print runs, book interiors/covers, online shops.
Includes: Unlimited physical prints for resale.
Use in online shops, book covers, zines, and personal brand promotion.
Non-exclusive, shared rights: You may use the image commercially.
Artist retains copyright and may display the work in their portfolio.

3. Extended Commercial License 530€ EUROS +
Best for: Merchandising, branding, high-visibility use.
Includes: Unlimited use on products/merchandise (clothing, accessories, packaging, etc.)
Use in paid ads, crowdfunding, and any digital or physical platform.
Non-exclusive, lifetime usage. Artist retains authorship and display rights.

Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms.

1.Ordering

  • For personal commissions: Fill out the google form on my homepage

  • For commercial commissions: Send me an email at [email protected] with your business inquiry.

  • Dm requests: You can send me questions but I don't accept commission request through Dms.

2.PAYMENT & WORKFLOW

  • Invoice: After we've discussed your project, and I have accepted your request i'll send you an invoice through Paypal.

  • Start: Work begins once you've paid invoice.

  • Sketch approval: Once you've approved the sketch I will proceed working on your piece, sending you regular updates until I finish it .

  • Progress tracking: You can view my commission queue on my trello!

  • Turnaround time: Typical completion takes 1 month, but can depend on my workload, you will be notified of any delays.

  • Free fixes: errors on my part like missing accessories shown in the reference sheet.

  • Paid Fixes: If you request a major change after approving the sketch (ex pose change) you'll be charged an additional fee.

3.REFUNDS

  • Full Refund: If you cancelled your commission before I started work on it or if I am unable to work on your request

  • No Refund: Once you've accepted the sketch

  • Refunds are handled directly through me,

  • If you request a Paypal chargeback you will lose the rights to the artwork and be blacklisted

4.COPYRIGHT: personal commissions

The artist (me) :
• I can promote/display the artwork everywhere (Website, Social Media etc).
• Include it in my portfolioThe buyer (you):
• Use the commissioned piece for personal use, (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, print it etc)
• The buyer should credit the artist if possible.The following is considered copyright infringement:
• Reproducing/ using the copyrighted artwork commercially- meaning making money off it in any way.
• Claiming the artwork as your own.
• Removing my signature from the artwork.
• Feeding my art to AI.
• Using my art for NFTs.I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time)

5.COPYRIGHT: commercial projects

• Copyright of commercial projects depend on the nature of the commercial license purchased .
• Details will be discussed in the contract

If you have a problem with any of these statements, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying your commissioned piece.
